The variety this week is Wild Tx oyster sent in from Houston Tx, it was fruiting during summer last year inside a school so we dubbed it “summer school” it seems to like it kinda warm like us Texans, it also seems to like it not as humid as other oysters we grow. Which makes it perfectly suited for growing at home! Each kit weighs about 10lbs and will give you multiple flushes of beautiful native Texas mushrooms!
