Foremost we are Fungi Fanatics! We live, breath and EAT mushrooms. Our founder Andrew has over a decade of mushroom experience. From culinary to wild we study it all.

Our farm started like many others, with an idea of bringing fresh and local produce to our community. What better way than by bringing our passion to fruition and hence South Texas Seasonals was spawned!
